Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed, with the exception of weekends. Orders placed from Friday afternoon to Sunday will be shipped the following Monday MST. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS after the order is processed.
Domestic orders shipped with USPS Ground Advantage have a 3-5 day delivery time; orders that ship with USPS Priority have a 2-3 day delivery time. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout. You will receive another notification via email or SMS when your order has shipped. We do ship to PO Boxes in the continental US. BeardSorcery is not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal service or supply chain issues outside of our control. We sympathize if your order is delayed for these reasons, but we work hard to make sure orders are shipped as soon as possible to avoid those delays.

International Shipping
We can now offer international shipping to anywhere world-wide. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We have now enabled charging duties and import taxes at checkout, so you will be aware of import fees when you purchase. BeardSorcery, LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sorcerers@beardsorcery.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. International shipping typically takes 5-8 business days; please allow extra time for international orders.
