Refund & return policy

We stand behind every Beard Sorcery product. If something is off, our 90-day satisfaction guarantee lets you request a refund of the product price within 90 days of purchase. Shipping costs are never included in refunds for this guarantee.

Eligibility and proof of purchase

Refunds are only processed for orders placed directly with Beard Sorcery. We require your order number or proof of purchase to verify eligibility. Requests made after 90 days from the purchase date are not eligible.

How to start a return

Message us through the site chat or email sorcerers@beardsorcery.com to begin the process. Our team will confirm your details, ask for photos or additional information when needed, and let you know if we need the product shipped back for inspection.

When products must be shipped back

We may require the item to be returned in order to complete the inspection. When that happens you are responsible for return shipping costs, and items should be packaged securely to prevent damage in transit. Refunds are issued once the product is received and evaluated.

What gets refunded

Approved refunds cover the price of the product(s) only. Original shipping charges and any return shipping you pay are non-refundable. Replacement orders ship under a new tracking number and are treated separately from the original refund.

Example scenarios

  • Example 1 — Not satisfied with scent (Day 20): We verify your order, confirm the return over chat or email, and refund the product price once processed. Original shipping and any return shipping are not refunded.
  • Example 2 — Pump damaged during transit (Day 5): You provide photos, we may request the item back, and either send a replacement or refund the product price after inspection. Shipping fees remain non-refundable.
