They keep my hair soft, and they don't irritate my skin (I have very sensitive skin, and almost every skin product irritates me). What more could I ask for? This product isn't for me. the wash is great! the restore smells great! I have pretty sensitive skin and something in here must be an irritant. used this for about a week and it makes my skin feel like its burning slightly. I'll have to stick it to the side. if you don't have sensitive skin get this!
